Kathy’s an officer of the Foundation that puts on the annual Urbanna Oyster Festival – and a number of other supporting events all year long.
The Festival itself draws nearly 60,000 visitors to the town every fall. It’s the official oyster festival of Virginia and has been going on for more than 60 years.
